today for the big guy: week #2 of the FST-7 program chest tris
All i gotta say is wow!!! I was sore as hell last week. This program is brutal and for a four day a week split my body was tourtured. I like it and will keep this for an offseason program for a while.

Like my Grandma always say 22 scadoo. Not sure why or how this pertains to fitness.
Today for the big guy: Legs and Cardio
I tried the first day of my new workout split incorporating the FST-7 training style into it and i am sore. I initially intended on doing the FST-7 for just one body part daily. But i tried it for Tris and chest and felt i could at least do this for this cycle. I am currently going for more of an off season bodybuilding style of workout. This entails less days in the gym and longer rest periods. I am doing cardio four days per week and only hitting certain body parts once a week.

When in Rome do as the Romans do. Despite being a quote Will Ferall joked about this quote does not apply to fitness. Just because you go to a meat-head gym or a senior fitness center(Aquatic Center in Eisenhower)doesn't mean you have to go with the flow and alter your workout. If your are an experienced fitness individual (which i know you all are) do what you know it will save aggravation and injuries.
If you do happen to have some knowledge about where you will be working out that day find ways to make it more comfortable for you. Such as headphones, a gym bag with some gadgets in it, or in the case of the senior center a device to put yourself out of the misery of going before hand (just kidding it aint so bad old people need love to).

Daily blog # 21
Today for the big guy: Back and bi's some traps if i feel froggy
Depression and anxiety seem to run their course through my family at certain periods. Some of my close freinds and family members have been calling me cranky as of late and i want to say I'M SORRY. I will try harder to be more upbeat and positive. This remarkably has fueled my workouts recently so im afraid to become bubbly and happy again.
Tell me what you think of my attitude recently and just tell me how these types of alliments affect you.
